Protestors gathered today at the Genocide Memorial for a symbolic burning of the controversial Armenia-Turkey protocols that have divided Armenians here and abroad.
The rally was organized by ‘Miatsum’ (Unification) National Initiative.
Film Director Tigran Khzmalyan, a member of ‘Miatsum,’ explained that fire from the Eternal Flame at the genocide monument would be brought to city center where others would be invited to participate.
