Less than two months after enforcing the law on seatbelts, Armenian traffic police have moved to curbing “jaywalking”, to make pedestrians cross the streets only when and where crossing is allowed.
(Likewise, drivers are warned to take their foot off the accelerator and use the brake pedal whenever and wherever is required to be “polite” to pedestrians on street crossings.)
