Armenian-Turkish protocols: Public Council is for the ratification

At a meeting with members of the Public Council on Wednesday President Serzh Sargsyan announced that the initialed Armenian-Turkish protocols are documents obtained as a result of serious negotiations, and that “this was the maximum of our chances at this phase.”
The president organized the meeting before leaving (October 1) for Armenian communities in the Diaspora, (Russia, the USA, France and Lebanon) to exchange viewpoints concerning the Armenian-Turkish relations.
